In Joy Birth is a partnership of two expert and professional doulas. Heather Rich & Madeline Mosco serving as birth doulas. We also have a postpartum agency where we support and come together with other doulas in the area to serve the Orlando community.

I started out in healthcare as a registered nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). I went back to school to become a pediatric nurse practitioner because I had the desire to care for my patients as they grew. I loved working in the NICU and caring for those babies, but once they were discharged, I never knew how they were doing. As a Nurse Practitioner, I’ve served in primary and urgent care pediatrics. While I loved it, I knew there was something lacking. I felt pulled to deliver holistic care and serve patients who were natural minded like me. With our first son, I felt a conviction on the way that healthcare was being delivered and decisions that were being pushed. Once we started asking questions and chose to bypass the scheduled guidelines, we were discharged from his pediatrician. That was the catalyst to my passion in natural health care and putting the authority back into the parent's hands. I never want one of my patients to ever feel the intimidation and judgment that was placed on our family when we started making decisions that best serve our family. I am big on empowering parents to make educated decisions for their children free from judgement. My practice is a safe place where questions are encouraged, family is the center, and collaboration is key.

Estee Cupo, Founder, Midwife - I am honored to call myself a wife, mother and a midwife. My formal training includes 4 years apprenticing in both the home and birth center setting. After graduating in 2018, I was a staff midwife and clinical director in Orlando before opening Full Circle Midwifery in 2020. I believe that pregnancy and childbirth are normal, biological processes, and I treat it as such. Women should be offered options to move, eat, drink, feel safe and loved in their birthing experience. I strive to practice from both heart and mind, balancing western medicine with alternative modalities. I feel at home serving women during the most transformational time of their lives and view women as experts of their own body. My goal is to play a role in helping women and families maintain autonomy and reclaim their innate wisdom. It is a complete privilege to serve as a community midwife. I am a graduate of The Florida School of Traditional Midwifery in Gainesville, Fl and recognized by 467, Florida Statutes, the Department of Health as a Licensed Midwife (LM) and by the North American Registry of Midwives as a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM). My license number is MW 368. Sadie Tate, Midwife - Sadie Tate graduated from The Florida School of Traditional Midwifery in 2020 and is a Licensed Midwife and Certified Professional Midwife here in Florida. After graduating, she joined a busy birth center here which allowed her to blossom into the midwife she is today. Transitioning into a home birth practice will help her continue her passion of midwifery while she also works on growing a family of her own. Sadie has always trusted the birthing process, which she believes is because she was raised by a mother who birthed at home herself, and allowed Sadie to witness her first home birth at the age of 5! Sadie’s goal as a midwife is to give evidence based, open minded care, as she attends to you throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Sadie loves to travel, having backpacked throughout a handful of countries. She also loves exploring the outdoors, gardening and spending time with her husband Jason and their dogs. She is welcoming her first baby in March 2023.

Dr. Cindy Lane Parr is the owner and clinical director of Orange Blossom Speech & Feeding. She earned her doctoral degree in speech-language pathology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge in 2018. During her studies, Dr. Parr also earned a Master's in Communication Disorders in 2014 and taught undergraduate coursework. She received her Bachelor's degree from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida in Elementary Education in 2010. Dr. Parr is a licensed speech-language pathologist in the state of Florida. She specializes in assessment and treatment of pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders. She is also a Certified Lactation Consultant. She is especially interested in oral function as it relates to tethered oral tissue and how it can affect the whole child. This specialty includes feeding, swallowing, digestion, breathing, and sleep. Dr. Parr provides in-home services and feels that caregiver education and training is extremely important. She enjoys working in a multidisciplinary setting to help her patients reach their goals. Dr. Parr has a variety of clinical experience and is a former Early Steps provider in the state of Louisiana. She previously worked with a doctor of dental surgery (DDS) completing evaluations and assisting in treatment of tethered oral tissue (i.e., frenectomy for lip/tongue tie). She has experience with picky eaters, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), failure to thrive, tube feeding, medically fragile children, early childhood development, and speech and language disorders. In her spare time, Dr. Parr enjoys spending time with her family, putting her toes in the sand, reading, and traveling. Dr. Parr and her husband have a sweet little girl who is always keeping them busy!

I had my daughter 2021 and had a birth doula and was amazed at how I had an unmediated birth and how intuitive I was, then I went to work learning how to become a doula to help other mommas out like me. I see each pregnancy as a unique miracle. I help women embark on their birthing journey gently through breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and aromatherapy.

I am the mother of four and have been practicing doula services for about 2 years. I love making sure women birth in the way that they want.

Dr. Taylor is a Webster certified chiropractor and has 6 years of experience attending births as a birth doula! She has specialized training in TOTS (tethered oral tissues) and helps many families with infant feeding difficulties. She is trained in CST and is currently working towards certification in craniosacral fascial therapy.

Tracy Cowart, MSN, APRN, CNM Certified Nurse Midwife and Owner of Concierge Women's Care From a young age Tracy knew she wanted to work in healthcare, but it wasn't until she discovered the field of midwifery that she found her true calling. Tracy began her career in Las Vegas, where she worked for 10 years before moving to Orlando, FL. The past 10 years she has worked as the lead nurse midwife at Winnie Palmer Hospital. Tracy is married to Mark and has four daughters, Stephanie, Kimberly, Katelyn and Tori. She is blessed with two beautiful granddaughters who were welcomed into this world by grammas trusting hands. Family has always been an important aspect of Tracy's life, and she has found such joy in helping others to grow their own families. During the past 23 years, she has been allowed the honor of supporting over 10,000 families as they welcomed a new life into this world. The strength that she has seen in her client's is truly inspiring, and each and every birth remains with her.
