Service Description

Pregnancy & Birth: -Phone text/email support from 8am-8pm, 24/7 after 30 weeks -Emotional, physical and informational support -2 prenatal meeting and a postpartum follow-up -Education on physiological childbirth, inductions, evidence based practices and comfort measures throughout pregnancy and labor -Discuss knowledge of birthing process and answer any questions -List birth preferences -Create visual birth plan -Go over labor positions and pain management -Discuss types of medical augmentation and interventions, along with risks and benefits -Work through fears and gain confidence -Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class (4 or 6 week series) with materials* -On call at 37 weeks -Birth support until after when it feels right to leave to uplift your family’s golden hours -Birth photography if hands aren’t busy (not professional, taken on a iPhone 13 Pro Max) -Tailored to you gifts and tools for birth and postpartum Postpartum: -In-home meal preparation -Newborn care -Sibling care -Birth debrief -Basic lactation troubleshooting -Uplift bonding -Support and encourage partner/family -Light housecleaning (dishes, bottles, pump supplies, laundry, etc.) *a $250 add-on, includes digital workbook (watch me in action: https://youtu.be/v74hY0wWBYA?si=jf8pH5P7DOV6LLOm)
